Peachy Tom Ford Tones for Late Summer: At Home + On Heavy Rotation

Tom Ford favorites.
Happy August! An ardent fan of Tom Ford Beauty for years, today I am excited to share a glimpse of some of my favorite peachy-toned products for late summer–including a brilliant new lip color discovery–captured in the comfort of my home.
Kindly scroll on for more details, swatches and images of the products in action as well as the Bottom Line…

Base + Face.
// BASE + FACE //
  • *Tom Ford Traceless Foundation Stick in Natural (also available at Sephora and reviewed HERE): My first Tom Ford foundation ever, I love the smooth texture and buildable coverage of this classic cream formula. Natural runs a touch lighter in the stick than it does in the liquid versions of the same shade but I find that it still blends out well with my medium complexion, especially with a touch of bronzer. Hoping to bump up to Tawny 6.5 sometime this month!
  • *Tom Ford Waterproof Foundation/Concealer in Natural (also available at Sephora and all shades swatched + reviewed HERE): Each drop of this foundation possesses immense coverage; consequently, a little goes a long way to banish unevenness and perfect the canvas. The fact that it is waterproof makes this particular formula absolutely invaluable in the oft-summer and early fall months.
  • *Tom Ford Soleil Blanc (also available at Sephora and reviewed HERE): Summertime in an alabaster bottle, this fragrance (which I am clarifying as an invisible base) is reminiscent of a luxurious week spent in the sun; with notes of white amber, pistachio and bergamot, it’s a mood-lifting sensory experience.

  • *Tom Ford Bronzer in Bronze Age (also available at Sephora and reviewed HERE): As the deepest bronze shade in the Tom Ford Bronzer range, this true tan works well on my dead of summer skin. I apply along the hollows of my cheeks and perimeters of the face to add depth, dimension and, of course, warmth.
  • *Tom Ford Sheer Cheek Duo in Paradise Lust (also available at Sephora and reviewed HERE): Featuring a creamy coral blush and pale gilded pink highlighter, I prefer two swirl the two shades of this compact together to create the most lit-from-within flush possible.
  • Tom Ford Illuminating Duo in Reflects Gilt (also available at Sephora and reviewed HERE): I recently purchased my second compact of Reflects Gilt; this radiant powder pairing quite possibly may be my favorite highlighter of life…both shades glide on like silk, delivering a believable glow that virtually transforms the face.

Eyes.

  • Tom Ford Eyeshadow Quad in Disco Dust (also available at Sephora and reviewed HERE): My favorite Tom Ford Eyeshadow Quad due to its ease of wear and gorgeous pigmentation, this fresh take on neutrals includes a glowy champagne nude, lush camel, radiant rose gold and deep aubergine for looks that can be taken from day to night in seconds.
  • Tom Ford Cream and Powder Eye Color in Golden Peach (also available at Sephora and reviewed HERE): I have purchased five of this particular shade over the years; it works beautifully in all seasons, lending a luminous neutral touch to the orbital region that can be bumped up with the coordinating powder shadow. The formula glides on and stays in place, resisting creasing for hours on end. My personal plea to Tom Ford is that Golden Peach may never be discontinued!
  • Tom Ford Cream Eye Color in Escapade (a Nordstrom Anniversary Sale exclusive…reviewed HERE): Released a few years ago, this LE hue recently remerged in this exclusive Golden Rose Eye and Lip Set; it’s a pearly gold with a soft pink shift that performs beautifully on its own or as a lighter transition shade.
  • Tom Ford Extreme Mascara in Raven (also available at Sephora and reviewed HERE): Easily amongst my top 4 mascaras, this formula creates volume, length and a jet-black finish in two coats while resisting smearing and flaking. So good.
  • *Tom Ford Fiber Brow Gel in Blonde (also available at Sephora and with all shades swatched and reviewed HERE): This formula works so well to create polish and definition in the brow region; lightly tinted and full of volume building fibers, it creates a stalwart, feathery brow in seconds.

  • *Tom Ford Moisturecore Lip Color in Paradiso (also available at Sephora…formula previously reviewed HERE): This stunning coral shade resonates with the languid warmth of August but will have just as much impact, come the fall. Lightweight and moisturizing, it has terrific color payoff and a flattering cream finish that truly brightens up the face without overpowering one’s features.
  • *Tom Ford Soleil Lip Foil in Creme Conque (reviewed HERE): I added a touch of this foiled, pinky nude cream to the center of my lips to enhance volume and dimension; it’s an excellent multi-tasker!
  • *Tom Ford Ultra Shine Lip Gloss in Naked (also available at Sephora and reviewed HERE): I am on tube #4 of this perennial favorite; with lovely, pearly neutral beige opacity and a reflective finish, this shade is my absolute favorite in the Tom Ford lip gloss lineup. One try and you’ll see what I mean.

*Tom Ford Patent Finish Lip Color
While we’re on the subject of lips, the *Tom Ford Patent Finish Lip Color (also available at Sephora and previously reviewed HERE) is a decadent option for those seeking intense color payoff and a long lasting, cellophane shine. This stain-gloss hybrid feels plush, hydrating and non-sticky while boasting significant lasting power.
One swipe of the genius formula will yield a sheer yet potent boost of color while two coats builds to nearly full opacity for major impact. The *Tom Ford Patent Finish Lip Color comes in eight vibrant shades:
  • 01 Red Corset
  • 02 Exposed
  • 03 Ravageur
  • 04 Infamy
  • 05 Stolen Cherry
  • 06 No Vacancy
  • 07 Erotic (worn later in this post)
  • 08 Orchid Fatale

// STYLE NOTES //
  • ASTR Drapey Roll Tab Sleeve Jacket in White Sand (reviewed HERE): I originally bought this interesting take on a trench with the intention of wearing it as a light coat (which I still plan to do at some point) but, to my delight, I found it works as a wrap dress as well! The cut is generous and true to its draped moniker…I am wearing a size small.
  • Adidas Stan Smith Platfrom Sneakers (reviewed HERE): Still my go-to’s this summer…these sneakers are classic, comfortable and look great with shorts, denim and dresses alike.

    I spend so much money on cosmetics so I don't do Tom Ford because of the price point. I would if I could. I would have everything even his portofino perfume because it smells so good. It doesn't last on my skin though. If I was really rich I would pour it on. Lol. Thank you for this!!!!
