2 New Lipstick Musts for Pinky Nude Lovers

While running errands with my family earlier today, I was waylaid by Estee Lauder’s latest lip color debut: Pure Color Envy Sculpting Shine Lipstick (also available at Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdales). I have lauded the noteworthy quality of the Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick (HERE and HERE), and, in light of my affinity for the pigment-rich formula, couldn’t help but impulse buy two pinky nude shades in this lumionous version.  Both shades are unmitigated musts for those of us who adore the pink-peach-nude hybrid shades and the hydrating formula is ever so apropos for the summertime months ahead!

Kindly scroll on for more details, swatches and images of the lip color in action as well as the Bottom Line…

After quickly perusing all 16 shade offerings, I quickly settled on Mischievous Rose (a creamy, beige-tinged nude pink) and Innocent (a light peachy pink with a satin finish).  Upon swatching, I was instantly struck by how color-saturated the shades were, especially for a formula that purports “shine” (which is generally synonymous with “sheer” in my experience).  The lip color is smooth and cushiony but has enough weight to contribute to a decent level of decidedly shiny staying power.  The formula is moisturizing and comfortable and, for $30, does not disappoint. This is indubitably a luxurious, lusciously-pigmented, endlessly luminous lipstick!

Bottom Line: The Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Sculpting Shine Lipstick formula (also available at Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdales) is an utter delight!  I am so enchanted with both Mischievous Rose and Innocent and officially deem them a mandate for those of you who have a penchant for pinky nudes as much as I do.  The rich, buttery texture, beautiful pigmentation and intense shine collectively contribute to the ease of wear and I am confident I’ll be reaching for these all summer!
Good things ahead, including a skincare round up, fresh FOTD, new video and a host of recently-procured beauty…have a marvelous Monday…xx,
