Nexxus Youth Renewal Haircare

Above: Anti-Aging Haircare?  Sounds like a brilliant idea!
Above: The Nexxus Youth Renewal Line works in harmony to increase volume, vibrancy and vitality.
Because I wash my hair nearly everyday, I find myself trying new haircare products regularly; having a few different formulas in rotation keeps my hair healthy and free from succumbing to product build up.  My most recent haircare venture is with the Nexxus Youth Renewal line.  Designed to restore youthful volume, vibrancy and vitality to all hair types, this collection targets eight visible signs of aging including:
  • Volume loss
  • Breakage
  • Less shine
  • Roughness
  • Dryness
  • Brittleness
  • Unruliness
  • Loss of color vibrancy
I take my skincare anti-aging regime seriously and figured it wouldn’t hurt to be as vigilant with my hair as well!

Nexxus Youth Renewal Rejuvenating Shampoo and Conditioner: The unique Vita-8 Complex contains Omega 3, keratin, essence of pearl, Argan oil, CoQ 10, wheat protein, vitamin E, and Benzephenone-4 to bring increased life to the hair.  Lightly scented with a fresh, slightly fruity fragrance, the shampoo creates a rich lather that fully cleans my hair without leaving it feeling stripped.  The accompanying conditioner is silky...after shampooing, I prefer leaving a generous application on the ends of my hair for about two minutes.  After a full week of daily use, I have noted that this combination has yielded smooth, shiny, hydrated, bouncy hair that truly exhibits a life of its own (in the best possible sense!)

Above: I would compare the Rejuvenating Elixir to a high-tech anti-aging facial serum that you use in conjunction with your regular moisturizer for increased results.
Nexxus Youth Renewal Rejuvenating Elixir: This serum is fascinating...the few drops that I massage into the ends of my hair upon towel drying are absorbed instantly.  It doesn’t have an obviously slippery or emollient texture but my hair is markedly easier to brush through (even when wet).  Once I air or blow dry it, it is sleek, healthy and full.

Below: The following images reflect my hair after a week of using the Nexxus Youth Renewal haircare line...soft, full and healthy!

Above: Last month's Jouer Spring Sirens shoot...the stylist created a super sleek look...despite the use of a flat iron, my hair stayed soft and swingy.
Above: Heat styling + Nexxus Youth Renewal is a formidable combination.

Bottom Line: I can’t wait to experience the cumulative results of the Nexxus Youth Renewal line as I continue to maintain it in my rotation for the next few weeks.  I am firm believer in giving vitamin-enriched products an ample amount of time to be absorbed and take full effect...so glad that I am reaping the results of vibrancy in the meanwhile ; )

Have YOU tried the Nexxus Youth Renewal line?  Thoughts?
