Rouge Bunny Rouge Rahat Lokum!

Rouge Bunny Rouge Glassy Gloss in Rahat Lokum.
I have been wanting to obtain Rouge Bunny Rouge Glassy Gloss in Rahat Lokum since its release in the Mistral Collection last month.  Described as a milky pale pink with mother of pearl shimmer, I finally ordered Rahat Lokum (otherwise known as “Turkish Delight”) from Beauty Habit.
Rahat Lokum is a milky pale pink with brilliant yet subtle shimmer.

This shade’s opacity is sheerer than Fleur Parfait (reviewed HERE) but just as pretty.  The complex mother of pearl shimmer catches the light without being the slightest bit gritty or glittery.

Rahat Lokum and Fleur Parfait.

The pale pink is slightly milky, but not as opaque as I might have expected.  I am, however, pleased with the delicate nature of this pink.  Its lasting power is on par with other Glassy Glosses (long wearing without being sticky!) and the overall glow that this color emits is ultra pretty.

I noted a slight “vanilla meets candy” scent with this gloss…it is both pleasing and fleeting and I didn’t notice any accompanying flavor (which is a good thing!).

From L-R in direct sunlight: Rahat Lokum and Fleur Parfait combined, Fleur Parfait alone, Rahat Lokum alone.

My lips stay consistently moisturized with the Glassy Gloss formula and I love that Rahat Lokum can be worn alone or in combination with other darker colors as demonstrated in the images above and below.

Bottom Line: The Glassy Gloss in Rahat Lokum is a lovely and sophisticated pale pink that wears well alone or over other deeper shades…another winning creation from Rouge Bunny Rouge!
